Online Customer Success Representative

Job description:

Altria Group is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong communication skills. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Success Representative will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through providing excellent service and support.

Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers via online chat, email, and phone to address inquiries and provide solutions to any issues they may have. 2. Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely response to any queries or concerns. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to customers. 4. Gather feedback from customers to improve service offerings and overall customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database. 6. Work closely with the marketing team to promote products and services to existing customers. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Reliable and independent with the ability to work remotely. 4. Demonstrated project management and decision-making skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 6. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
