Online Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

Clorox is seeking a dynamic Online Customer Success Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or sales. The ideal candidate will be reliable, energetic, and possess strong soft skills in strategic planning and negotiation.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and build relationships with online customers through various communication channels, including email, chat, and social media. 2. Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. 4. Monitor customer trends and feedback to identify areas for improvement and make strategic recommendations. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies to maximize customer retention and satisfaction. 6. Track and report on key performance indicators related to customer success metrics.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Experience in e-commerce or online retail is a plus.
