Job Description - Online Customer Success Specialist


Job Description:


As the Online Customer Success Specialist at Foot Locker in Abu Dhabi, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful engagement and satisfaction of our online customers. You will collaborate with various teams such as marketing, sales, and customer service to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth. You will act as a bridge between our customers and the company, providing support, resolving issues, and maximizing customer retention.


Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to customer inquiries and issues through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and address any concerns - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and make data-driven decisions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer success


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Reliable and driven with a passion for customer success - Proven problem-solving and negotiation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer success tools
