Online Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

Synnex is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of experience who is energetic, reliable, and possesses strong strategic planning and research skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain relationships with online customers to ensure satisfaction and growth - Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and issues through various communication channels - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns - Monitor customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty - Assist with the development and implementation of customer success programs and initiatives - Analyze data and report on key performance metrics related to customer success

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 2+ years of experience in customer success or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
