Online Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

Ralph Lauren is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resilient and dedicated with excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Manage customer inquiries through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution for customer issues - Use data and analytics to identify trends and provide recommendations for improving the customer experience - Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track success and identify areas for improvement

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or customer success role - Strong communication skills and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
