Job Description - Online Customer Success Specialist


Job Description: NextEra Energy is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Online Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Dubai, AE. As a part-time entry-level position, this role will require at least 1 year of experience in a similar field. We are looking for a driven and independent individual who possesses strong project management and negotiation skills.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with online customers - Provide support and assistance to customers regarding our products and services - Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and concerns - Analyze customer feedback and data to optimize customer success strategies - Implement and track key performance indicators to measure customer success - Support the development and execution of customer success programs and initiatives


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in customer service or customer success roles - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong project management and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
