Online Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Online Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Dollar Tree in Dubai, UAE. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online platforms to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner - Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the brand - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services - Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and feedback to drive continuous improvement - Monitor online reviews and social media channels to address any negative feedback or reviews promptly - Analyze customer data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in customer satisfaction and retention - Manage customer accounts and information accurately and securely

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team - Proficiency in using online platforms for customer engagement - Basic understanding of e-commerce and online retail practices - Ability to navigate and adapt to change in a dynamic environment - High school diploma or equivalent
