Online Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

Walgreens Boots Alliance is looking for a part-time Online Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Dubai, AE. As an Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be independent, driven, and possess strong teamwork and project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage and build relationships with online customers through various communication channels - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency - Proactively reach out to customers to offer assistance and ensure satisfaction - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the online customer experience - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies - Provide regular reports and updates on customer satisfaction metrics

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in project management is a plus
