Online Customer Support Assistant

Xcel Energy is seeking a dedicated and independent Online Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities: - Provide online customer support via chat, email, and social media platforms - Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and product information - Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed - Monitor online reviews and respond to customer feedback - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong people management skills, able to handle difficult situations with ease - Exceptional time management skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using online support tools and platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
