Job Description - Online Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


Chesapeake Energy is currently seeking an Online Customer Support Associate to join our team in Dubai. As an Entry Level position, this role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Provide online customer support via email, chat, and social media platforms - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies


Requirements: - Motivated and independent with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team - Project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
