Job Description - Online Customer Support Associate

At Etisalat, we are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Customer Support Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a part-time Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through online channels such as chat, email, and social media. 2. Assist customers with account issues, billing inquiries, technical problems, and general support. 3. Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 4. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall customer support experience. 7. Continuously seek feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in our services.


Requirements: 1. Adaptability: Ability to quickly adjust to changes in customer needs and company policies. 2. Resilience: Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with grace and professionalism. 3. Problem-solving skills: Ability to think critically and find effective solutions to customer issues. 4. People management skills: Ability to effectively communicate and interact with a diverse customer base. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. 7. Proficiency in using online communication tools and customer support software.
