Online Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

McKesson is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support roles. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, driven, adaptable, and have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a courteous and efficient manner - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Assist customers with online ordering and payment processes - Work closely with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer support roles - Energetic and driven personality - Strong adaptability and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using online customer support tools - Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
