Job Description - Online Customer Support Manager

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Online Customer Support Manager at Motorola Solutions in Dubai. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The Online Customer Support Manager will be responsible for managing online customer inquiries, providing solutions to customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction while representing the company in a professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Manage online customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms - Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues - Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer problems - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Train and mentor team members in customer support best practices


Requirements: - Confident and motivated individual with excellent communication skills - Ability to think creatively and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in online customer support or a related field - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred) - Proficiency in English and Arabic languages - Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
