Job Description:
Union Properties, a leading real estate development company in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Online Customer Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer support and a proven track record of effectively managing online customer service operations. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the Online Customer Support Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online customer support representatives to ensure timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and issues. - Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall online customer support experience. - Monitor customer support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience across all online platforms. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support to continuously improve our processes. - Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions. - Conduct regular training and development sessions for the customer support team to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. - Regularly review and update customer support policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations. - Maintain a positive and professional working environment for the customer support team.
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer support, with a focus on online platforms. - Proven experience in managing a team of customer support representatives. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Resourceful and reliable with the ability to problem-solve effectively. - Strategic planning skills with a focus on innovation. - Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. - Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools. - Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
