Job Description - Online Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Online Customer Support Officer at the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority. As part of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our online customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely manner - Provide technical support and assistance to customers navigating our online platform - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with patience and professionalism - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers


Requirements: - Energetic and resilient personality, able to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Comfortable using technology and online platforms - No prior experience required, training will be provided
