Job Description:
United Technologies is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Online Customer Support Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the customer support field.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, shipping details, and any other related queries. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer support processes and procedures. 5. Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to the team on ways to enhance the customer experience. 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements: 1. Passionate and hardworking individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. 2. Excellent cooperation skills with the ability to work well in a team environment. 3. Strong analytical skills to identify patterns in customer inquiries and feedback. 4. High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education or certification in customer service is a plus. 5. Basic computer skills and proficiency in using online communication tools. 6. Must be fluent in English, additional language skills are a bonus.
