Job Description - Online Customer Support Representative

Job description:


Foot Locker is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Online Customer Support Representative to join our team in Dubai. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer support.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via online chat, email, and phone calls. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback regarding products, orders, and returns. 3. Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 6. Stay up to date on product knowledge to provide accurate and detailed information to customers. 7. Maintain a positive and proactive attitude towards problem-solving and cooperation with team members. 8. Meet and exceed customer service goals and KPIs.


Requirements: 1. Hardworking and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 2. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 5. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 6. Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and evenings. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
