Valero Energy in Dubai is seeking a dedicated and resilient Online Customer Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As an entry-level position with no required years of experience, this role is perfect for individuals looking to start their careers in the customer support field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product-related questions, technical issues, and account management - Provide troubleshooting guidance and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Work closely with the customer support team to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
