Online Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:

Rockwell Automation is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide online customer support through various channels including chat, email, and social media - Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and general questions - Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with sales and technical teams to address customer needs - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to customers - Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience

Requirements: - Confident and hardworking attitude - Excellent communication skills - Strong persuasion skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using online customer support tools and software - Knowledge of Rockwell Automation products and services is a plus
