Job Description - Online Customer Support Specialist


Job Description:


Navistar International is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Dubai, AE. As an Associate Level professional with a minimum of 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing unparalleled customer service and support to our online customers.


Responsibilities: - Manage customer inquiries and concerns through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information - Troubleshoot technical issues related to the online platform and escalate as needed - Assist customers with account management, including processing orders, returns, and refunds - Collaborate with other internal teams to address customer feedback and improve the online customer experience - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries - Contribute to the development and improvement of online customer support processes and procedures


Requirements: - Confident and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively - Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service - Experience working in a customer support role or similar capacity preferred - Knowledge of online support platforms and tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Fluency in English required, additional languages a plus
