Online Customer Support Specialist

Job Description: We are looking for an Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Performance Food Group in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers. This is a part-time position, requiring at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. 2. Manage online customer accounts and ensure accurate and up-to-date information. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary. 4. Assist with order processing and tracking to ensure on-time delivery. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in the online customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide top-notch support.

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. - Energetic and motivated personality. - Strong cooperation and critical thinking skills. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of online platforms and customer service tools. - Fluency in English, additional languages a plus.
