Online Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Staples is looking for a dynamic and driven Online Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or online chat support. This part-time role requires someone who is motivated, research-oriented, and innovative in their approach to assisting customers.

Responsibilities: - Respond to online chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions - Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Proactively engage with customers to drive sales and promote customer loyalty - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or online chat support - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Driven and motivated to provide outstanding customer service - Strong research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries - Innovative mindset to improve customer interactions and processes
