Online Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Jabil Circuit is currently seeking a motivated and resilient Online Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is necessary, however, candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field will be preferred.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online live chat to provide exceptional customer service - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member for resolution - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - Motivated and resilient personality traits - Strong decision-making and communication skills - Previous experience in customer service is a plus - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in typing and basic computer skills - Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus
