Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in real-time through online chat platforms - Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently and professionally - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
