Online Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Online Live Chat Associate to join our team at Abu Dhabi National Energy Company. As an Online Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through live chat interactions on our website.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through online chat to assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information - Respond promptly to customer inquiries with accurate and helpful information - Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience - Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement purposes - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Meet and exceed individual performance metrics and goals

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online environment - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Hardworking and motivated individual with a strong attention to detail - Ability to work well in a team environment and cooperate with others - Proficient in using online chat software and other customer service tools - High school diploma or equivalent required
