Job Description:
United Technologies is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or online chat support role.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Utilize critical thinking skills to assess and address customer needs effectively. 3. Demonstrate adaptability in handling various customer situations and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. 5. Plan and prioritize tasks to meet chat volume demands and service level agreements. 6. Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products, services, and company policies. 7. Document customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction. 8. Continuously strive to improve processes and enhance the overall efficiency of the online chat support function. 9. Participate in relevant training sessions and stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or online chat support. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to articulate information clearly and concisely. 3. Passion for helping customers and resolving their issues in a timely manner. 4. Ability to think critically and problem-solve under pressure. 5. Excellent planning and organization skills to manage chat volume effectively. 6. Adaptable to changing customer needs and evolving company policies. 7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. 8. Proficiency in using chat support software and tools. 9. High school diploma or equivalent required.
