Online Live Chat Associate

Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and adaptable Online Live Chat Associate to join our team at American Airlines Group in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Entry Level position, this part-time role requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to provide assistance with booking flights, answering inquiries, and resolving issues - Offer prompt and efficient customer service to ensure a positive experience for all online chat users - Collaborate with team members to develop strategic plans for improving online customer support - Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all communication with customers - Follow company guidelines and procedures to handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary - Stay up-to-date on airline policies, promotions, and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues - Ability to strategically plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Adaptability to handle a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Basic knowledge of airline industry practices and terminology preferred
