Discover Financial Services is seeking a talented Online Live Chat Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As the Online Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our online live chat platform to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the online live chat platform, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and concerns. - Train and mentor team members to effectively use the live chat platform and provide excellent customer service. - Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the live chat platform with other customer service channels. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the online live chat experience for customers. - Handle escalated issues and complaints to ensure resolution in a timely and professional manner. - Maintain a positive and inclusive team environment, fostering cooperation and communication among team members.

Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Resilient and energetic personality traits. - Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. - Previous experience with online live chat platforms is preferred. - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates. - Gym membership and remote work flexibility provided as part of the benefits package.
