Online Live Chat Officer

Job Description: HollyFrontier, a leading oil and gas company in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Live Chat Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate level position, the Online Live Chat Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to address inquiries, provide assistance, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to accurately answer customer questions and provide recommendations - Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve customer concerns as needed - Monitor chat sessions for quality assurance purposes and provide feedback for improvement - Utilize project management skills to prioritize and handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously - Demonstrate leadership qualities by taking ownership of customer issues and ensuring a positive resolution - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the online chat support experience for customers

Requirements: - Motivated and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in online chat support - Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Visa sponsorship and dental insurance provided - Profit sharing opportunities available
