Online Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Auto-Owners Insurance is seeking a reliable and driven Online Live Chat Representative to join our team in Dubai. In this part-time Associate Level role, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat interactions. With at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effectively communicating with customers and resolving their queries in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide information about insurance products and services - Assist customers with policy inquiries, claims processing, and other insurance-related tasks - Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless online customer experience - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response times, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or online chat support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Persuasive and able to effectively convey information to customers - Strong strategic planning skills to anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment - Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic - Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate
