Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online live chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Research and gather information to address customer concerns and provide accurate and helpful responses - Negotiate with customers to reach satisfactory resolutions and ensure a positive experience - Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices for handling customer interactions - Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times, representing the company in a professional manner - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to effectively assist customers

Requirements: - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Resourceful in finding solutions and resolving customer issues - Strong research skills to gather information and address inquiries effectively - Excellent negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial outcomes with customers - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using live chat and other customer service technologies - High school diploma or equivalent
