Job Description:
Dubai Internet City is seeking a part-time Online Support Assistant to join our team at our Dubai office. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is resilient, independent, adaptable, and creative to provide online support to our customers and clients.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support through online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution - Provide product demonstrations and tutorials to customers as needed - Monitor and manage online reviews and feedback to maintain a positive online reputation - Assist in the creation and maintenance of online support resources such as FAQs, knowledge base articles, and tutorials - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and customer feedback to improve online support services
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer support or online support role - Resilient and independent personality traits - Strong adaptability and creativity in problem-solving - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency with online communication tools and platforms - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
