Job Description:

Group 1 Automotive is currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Online Support Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. This part-time position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the automotive industry and develop their customer service skills. As an Entry Level Online Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional online support to customers and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various online platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Provide accurate information about products and services, including pricing and availability - Process orders and returns efficiently and accurately - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to our online platforms - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Implement creative solutions to improve the overall online support process - Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a professional manner at all times

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using various online communication tools and platforms - People management skills to handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively - Creativity to come up with innovative solutions to improve the online support experience - Must be dedicated and hardworking with a strong attention to detail
