Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Online Support Associate at American Airlines Group in Dubai, AE. As a part-time entry-level position, the Online Support Associate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role and possess the personality traits of being energetic and confident.
Responsibilities: - Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries via online channels such as chat, email, and social media. - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to online bookings, reservations, and other online services. - Assist customers with navigating our website and mobile app to ensure a seamless online experience. - Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner. - Stay up-to-date on product updates and changes to ensure accurate and helpful support to customers.
Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role. - Energetic and confident personality traits. - Strong soft skills in critical thinking and innovation. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms.
