Online Support Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a resourceful and resilient Online Support Associate to join our team at Bank of New York Mellon Corp. in Dubai, AE. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position. The successful candidate will possess strong negotiation and critical thinking skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to customers through various channels, including email, chat, and social media - Assist customers with account inquiries, technical issues, and other concerns - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex problems and find solutions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a banking or financial services industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
