Job Description:
HP is seeking a dedicated Online Support Associate to join our team in Dubai. As an Online Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our online clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions to their issues through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate responses - Identify and escalate issues that require further assistance to the appropriate team members - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and provide feedback on potential improvements - Monitor online reviews and feedback to address customer concerns and improve overall service quality - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide customers with accurate information - Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives to improve customer support processes
Requirements: - Resilient and independent personality traits - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Experience in customer support or a related field - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
