Job Description - Online Support Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a passionate and resourceful Online Support Manager to join our team at Reliance Steel & Aluminum in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in online support management, you will be responsible for overseeing our online customer service operations and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of online support specialists to provide timely and effective assistance to customers via various online channels. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall online support process and enhance customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and online reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. 4. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a consistent online customer experience. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online support management to continuously improve our processes.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in online support management, preferably in the steel and aluminum industry. 3. Strong attention to detail and analytic skills to effectively identify and resolve customer issues. 4. Excellent communication and organizational skills to lead a team and coordinate with various departments. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
