Online Support Manager

Job Description:

Booz Allen Hamilton Holding is seeking a part-time Online Support Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. The Online Support Manager will be responsible for managing the online support system for our organization, ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective assistance with their inquiries and technical issues. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess a resourceful and dedicated personality.

Responsibilities: - Manage the online support ticketing system and ensure that all inquiries are addressed in a timely manner - Work closely with the technical support team to resolve any technical issues reported by clients - Monitor the performance of the online support system and identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall online support experience for our clients - Provide regular reports on the online support system's performance and effectiveness - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient support process for our clients

Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in a similar role - Resourceful and dedicated personality traits - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Excellent teamwork and communication skills - Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
