Job Description - Online Support Manager

Level 3 Communications, a leading telecommunications company based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a part-time Online Support Manager to join our team. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the online support team, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the online support process and customer experience. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and provide solutions to customers. 5. Train and mentor team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide top-notch online support. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online support to continuously improve processes.


Requirements: 1. Strong work ethic and dedication to providing exceptional customer service. 2. Resourceful problem-solver with excellent planning and research skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role is preferred.
