Job Description - Online Support Manager

Hormel Foods is seeking an experienced Online Support Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee a team of online support staff, ensuring they provide timely and effective assistance to customers. 2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the online support process and improve overall customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and support metrics to identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support. 6. Handle escalated customer issues and complex inquiries. 7. Develop training programs for online support staff to continuously improve their skills and knowledge.


Requirements: 1. Proven experience in a customer support or online support management role. 2. Strong leadership and communication skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Driven and adaptable personality traits. 5. Soft skills such as adaptability and cooperation are essential. 6. Knowledge of CRM systems and online support tools. 7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
