Job Description - Online Support Manager

Job Description:


Lennar is seeking a dedicated and passionate Online Support Manager to join our team in Dubai, AE. As the Online Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing our online customer support resources and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement online support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. 2. Manage a team of online support agents, providing guidance and training as needed. 3. Monitor and evaluate customer inquiries and feedback to identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and implement solutions. 5. Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries through various online channels. 6. Analyze data and metrics to track performance and identify trends. 7. Implement best practices for online support operations to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. 8. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our online support services.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Proven experience in online customer support management. 3. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. 4. Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers. 5. Experience with CRM software and online support tools. 6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 7. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
