Online Support Officer

Job Description:

Air Arabia is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Online Support Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Online Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online users. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints via email, chat, and social media platforms - Assist customers with booking flights, managing reservations, and resolving any technical issues on our website - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience online - Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Driven and resilient personality traits - Strong decision-making skills and ability to innovate solutions - Able to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to work occasional weekends and evenings
