Job Description:
As an Online Support Representative at Oshkosh in Dubai, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to online customers. You will be the first point of contact for customers who have questions or issues with their orders, products, or services. Your primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues with the online platform and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members. 4. Work closely with the sales team to cross-sell and upsell products and services to customers. 5. Provide product recommendations and assist customers with finding the right solutions for their needs. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 7. Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience and provide feedback on ways to enhance the online platform. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices for online customer support.
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or online support roles. 2. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and solving problems. 3. Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 4. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Proficiency in using CRM systems and online support tools. 7. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. 8. Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and online shopping trends.
