Online Support Representative

Job Description:

WellCare Health Plans is seeking a part-time Online Support Representative to join our team in Dubai, AE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner - Provide information on WellCare Health Plans' products and services - Assist customers with account management and troubleshooting technical issues - Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and resolutions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers

Requirements: - Resilient and adaptable personality traits to handle challenging customer situations - Strong written communication skills and the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Strategic planning abilities to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Critical thinking skills to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment is preferred - Knowledge of health insurance or healthcare industry is a plus
