Online Support Representative

Job Description:

CBS is seeking a part-time Online Support Representative to join our team in Dubai, AE. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to customers via chat, email, and social media platforms. 2. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. 3. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner. 5. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Contribute to improving customer support processes and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking and energetic personality. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong strategic planning skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Prior experience in customer support roles. 6. Familiarity with online support platforms and tools. 7. Ability to adapt quickly to change and shifting priorities.
