Online Support Specialist

Job Description:

Dollar General is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Support Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Online Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to online customers in a fast-paced retail environment. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are resourceful and confident, with at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, chat, and phone in a timely manner - Assist customers with order placements, tracking, and returns - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless online shopping experience - Monitor and report on customer feedback and trends to improve the online shopping experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and online shopping trends

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Persuasive and cooperative attitude - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer service platforms - High school diploma or equivalent
