Online Support Specialist

Job Description:

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Support Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an entry-level position, the Online Support Specialist will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support and technical assistance to clients using our online platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and efficient online support to customers via chat, email, and phone. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues related to our online platform and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team. 3. Guide customers through the setup and configuration of their accounts. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Assist in the development of training materials and user guides for customers. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. 1 year of customer support or technical experience preferred. 3. Strong communication and presentation skills. 4. Ability to think strategically and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Energetic and confident personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
