Job Description - Online Support Specialist

Job Description:


Morgan Stanley is seeking a part-time Online Support Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The Online Support Specialist will be responsible for providing assistance to customers through various online platforms, ensuring that their queries are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support through online communication channels such as email, chat, and social media. - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and effectively. - Create and update support documentation for common technical problems. - Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in online customer support.


Requirements: - Adaptability: Ability to quickly adjust to changing situations and customer needs. - Energetic: Enthusiastic and motivated to provide outstanding customer service. - Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively. - Presentation Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in online customer support or a related field.
