Online Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a resourceful and hardworking Online Web Chat Assistant to join our team at WEC Energy Group in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking and analysis skills to effectively assist customers through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and providing support through the online chat platform. 2. Troubleshooting technical issues and routing complex problems to the appropriate department. 3. Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions. 4. Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction. 5. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 2. 4+ years of experience in customer service or a similar role. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and CRM systems.
