Online Web Chat Assistant

Jones Financial is seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Dubai. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with website visitors through live chat to provide information and support on financial products and services. 2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently. 3. Conduct research to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers. 4. Assist with lead generation and follow-up on potential customer inquiries. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall customer experience on the website. 6. Manage time effectively to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.

Requirements: 1. Proven experience as an Online Web Chat Assistant or similar customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent research skills to provide accurate information to customers. 5. Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools.
